The Vision of F&I 10-Step Career Building Program



1. Complete the Vision of F&I's web-based certification. There are 6 modules that require a score of 90% to pass. Mandatory
2. Outline a one year F&I Career Building Goal-Setting Plan. Mandatory
3. Maintain the F&I Manager's Time Management Weekly Planner for 60 days. Mandatory
4. Conduct 3 Dealership Sales Meetings with completed exercises. Mandatory
5. Complete the AFIP Certification Course from AFIP. (The cost through The Vision of F&I is $595) Recommended
6. Achieve a Dollars per Retail Unit Goal for 3 Consecutive Months as established by the dealer. Mandatory
7. Deliver a Minimum of 500 documented retail deliveries. Mandatory
8. Cultivate 2 new lender relations or reestablish strong contact with an existing lender.Recommended
9. Attend an outside training seminar through The Vision of F&I or another professional trainer. Mandatory
10. Establish a Secondary Finance Program within the dealership. Recommended
